1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 1Plus PH — the Philippines' premier online betting platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1Plus PH ("we," "us," or "the Company"). Access to and use of the 1Plus PH platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account features, is subject to your full acceptance of these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on 1Plus PH, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms and agree to abide by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and use 1Plus PH, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be employed by, related to, or otherwise connected to 1Plus PH or any of its affiliated partners in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

1Plus PH reserves the right to verify your age, identity, and location at any point. If we are unable to confirm your eligibility, we may restrict or suspend access to your account until verification is complete. Huwag mag-alala — ang proseso ay mabilis at straightforward.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 1Plus PH. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not even your closest kabayan.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• 1Plus PH is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals or upon suspicious activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

1Plus PH supports a wide range of local Philippine payment methods to make your experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit traced to a payment method not owned by the account holder will be investigated and may be reversed.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to a few hours for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers.
• 1Plus PH does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification if they exceed set thresholds or if the account has not yet completed KYC.
• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion is not supported.

5 Betting Rules

1Plus PH offers a comprehensive range of betting markets including football, NBA, live Sabong, virtual sports, and jackpot slots. All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any market-specific rules applicable to each game or sport.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of 1Plus PH shall be final after review of available evidence.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live/in-play bets) are subject to our live betting rules, which may differ from pre-match rules.
• 1Plus PH reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market section.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

1Plus PH offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply across all offers:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless a wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be shared, combined, or stacked unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• 1Plus PH reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured.

7 Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all 1Plus PH players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behaviour towards 1Plus PH staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

1Plus PH is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its players. We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy.

By registering on 1Plus PH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes including account management, payment processing, identity verification, marketing communications (where opted in), and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Your data may be shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners as necessary to operate your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

• 1Plus PH shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from system downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from a player's own decisions, betting strategies, or misunderstanding of betting rules.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with a single event or incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

1Plus PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 1Plus PH platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
